Ten years ago, God put it on the heart of our congregation to take a step of faith and build our beautiful new Worship Center. It was a step of faith that has transformed our ministries and expanded our reach far beyond what we could have imagined.

And now today, as stewards of God’s resources, we have been given a new opportunity to expand our mission, ministries and outreach by greatly reducing our debt.

We are servants of Christ, not consumers of religion.

The gospel binds us beyond personalities or preferences.

God has placed us here to reach our community and the world.

Giving is an act of worship that fuels the gospel mission.

FAC’s vision for ENGAGE is rooted in partnership and stewardship. We believe that as we walk in obedience, God will multiply our efforts for His Kingdom.

This is not about paying bills — it’s about releasing our greater potential for mission and future ministry.

Our deepest desire is to see everyone who calls FAC home take part — through prayer, service, and generosity. True success isn’t measured in numbers but in hearts that respond to God’s leading. ENGAGE is an invitation to move from attendance to participation, from spectating to serving, from maintenance to mission.

God has blessed us with an extraordinary, $2 million matching gift from an anonymous donor. That means that every contribution we make beyond our regular tithe will be matched dollar for dollar, potentially reducing our debt by $4 million. This translates to freeing more than $50,000 each month for gospel ministry, outreach, and global mission.

At FAC, engagement begins with transformation — not transaction. We invite you to seek how God is calling you to participate in this new chapter of gospel partnership. ENGAGE is about discipleship, mission, and the joy of generosity working together.
Here’s how each of us can take part:

Ask the Lord to renew your heart for His mission at FAC. Pray for unity, clarity, and courage for our whole church family as we follow where He leads.

Contribute your gifts and time. Serve in ministries that share the hope of Christ locally and globally. Every act of service strengthens our church body and our witness.

God has blessed us to bless others. As we trust Him with sacrificial giving, we help free FAC from debt and release resources to expand our mission and ministries.

Celebrate what God is doing among us. Share stories of answered prayer, renewed purpose, and provision. Let thanksgiving mark this season of grace.

When we respond to God’s call, we unlock more than financial freedom — we open doors for spiritual renewal and mission. Through ENGAGE, we envision a church:

• Rooted in Christ’s humility (Philippians 2:1–11) — serving with love and grace.
• United in joyful partnership (Philippians 1:3–5) — walking in shared purpose.
• Advancing courageously in mission (Philippians 3:13–14) — taking the gospel beyond our walls.

This is the future we’re building — not by our strength, but by His Spirit. Together, we are pressing on toward the prize of knowing and proclaiming Christ.

For more than forty years, God has been faithful to Fellowship Alliance Chapel. From our earliest days in Pastor Marty and Laurie Berglund’s garage to this beautiful campus we now call home, He has poured out grace upon grace — guiding us through seasons of growth, challenge, and change. Through it all, His hand has never left us.

The past few years have not been easy. Change is never easy, and transition often tests us in ways we don’t expect. Yet even in this time, we have seen God sustain and strengthen our church family. He has carried us, healed us, and reminded us of who we are: a community that loves deeply, serves humbly, and stands firmly on His Word.

Now, as we look to the future, we believe God is calling us to press on together. That’s what this season of ENGAGE is all about — not a fundraising drive, but a faith journey. It’s an invitation to seek God’s will for how each of us can participate in what He is doing at FAC. Some will serve. Some will give. All of us can pray. Together, we can respond to His call with grateful and generous hearts.

Through a remarkable $2 million matching gift, God has provided an opportunity to accelerate our journey toward financial freedom. As we cut our debt and release more resources for ministry, we will also strengthen our ability to reach our neighbors, care for one another, and shine His light more brightly locally, regionally and internationally.

ENGAGE is about fulfilling God’s mission for all of us. It’s about faith expressed through obedience, love shown through service, and hope renewed through unity. As Paul wrote to the Philippians: “I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”

That is our prayer for this season — that together, we will listen for God’s voice, respond to His call, and rediscover the joy of walking side by side in His purpose. Let’s press on together.
