Elder Updates 7.1.2026
The process for nominating new Elders for FAC begins today, July 1st, and will be open until July 31st. Members of our congregation are encouraged to prayerfully consider nominating men who demonstrate the characteristics of an Elder as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, and Titus 1:6-9.
It is the intention of the Elder Board to replace one Elder who will be completing his five-year term in January 2027, and to possibly add two additional Elders, bringing the total number of Elders to eight. It is anticipated that the selection process, including review and recommendations by the nominating committee, interviews with the Elder Board, and congregational affirmation, will be complete by November.
